Heidelberg University Video campaign consisting

of 4 individual social media videos focusing on:

-Athletics & Sport Science

-Business Administration

-Occupational Science & Health

-Musical Arts & Theater


Heidelberg wishes to focus on marketing towards a younger demographic to reach new students through engaging media spots focused on visual stimulation through a new, flashier approach that differs from their traditional video spots.

The Approach

color- naturalistic, moody, monotone, modern
pacing- fast, but breathable
length- 15-30 second spots
mood- stylized realism (not over done but a medium between- simulacra)
movement- hand held, but not purposefully shakey
sound- heavy diegetic sound mixing in conjunction with music selection
score/music- stylistic choices, straying away from standard elevator sound beds
